Job Description:-
Sales Executive monitors competitor landscapes to develop sales strategies. He/She also acquires sales through generation and follow-up of sales leads. He/She analyses customer enquiries and feedback as well as customer behaviour to acquire and retain clients.
He/She is innovative and resourceful, and keeps informed of the organisation's products and services, while seeking new opportunities both locally and regionally. He/She leverages such knowledge to customise solutions that meet clients' requirements. He/She commutes extensively to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and close sales leads.
Requirements:-
- High school diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
